Dr. Muhammad Masud is a board-certified neurologist with experience in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of neurological conditions. As a Co-Founder of Neuro Heart and Vascular Clinic, FL, he is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care.

His clinical interests include stroke and transient ischemic attacks, epilepsy and seizure disorders, migraine and headache management, neuromuscular conditions, EEG testing, neurovascular imaging, and Botox therapy for migraine and spasticity.

Dr. Masud earned his medical degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan, and completed his Neurology residency at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine.

He combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on listening to patients, understanding their concerns, and developing care plans based on each individual’s needs.

Dr. Yasir Akhtar is a cardiologist and interventional cardiologist with extensive training in cardiovascular and vascular medicine. As a Co-Founder of Neuro Heart and Vascular Clinic, FL, he brings advanced cardiovascular expertise to the practice’s multidisciplinary approach to care.

Dr. Akhtar earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University Medical College in Pakistan. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Indiana University, where he also served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine.

He later completed fellowship training in Vascular Biology/Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Virginia.

His clinical expertise includes advanced therapies for complex coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and peripheral vascular conditions.

Adrian Martinez Rubio is an experienced and compassionate healthcare provider with approximately 17 years of clinical experience across diverse healthcare systems and patient populations.

His medical career began in Cuba, where he earned his Medical Doctor degree in 2009. He later expanded his clinical experience by practicing medicine in Venezuela and Brazil before continuing his professional and educational journey in the United States.

In the United States, Adrian continued his education and clinical training in Kentucky, Puerto Rico, and Florida, gaining experience in both outpatient and inpatient healthcare settings.

Since 2023, he has practiced as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. After working in Internal Medicine, he transitioned into Neurology, where he has developed specialized experience caring for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions.

Lazaro Vazquez is a compassionate healthcare professional with a strong background in cardiology and patient care.

His medical career began in Cuba, where he earned his medical degree in 1993 and specialized in Cardiology. After immigrating to the United States, he continued his professional education and earned his Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) qualification in 2021.

Today, Lazaro provides cardiological care as an APRN, drawing on his medical education, cardiology experience, and advanced nursing training.

He believes in treating each patient with compassion, respect, and personal attention. His approach emphasizes listening carefully, understanding patient concerns, and helping individuals feel informed and confident about their health.
